Sanrio Anime Collaborations
Naruto
Sanrio has collaborated with many popular anime franchises, bringing cute Sanrio characters to different anime worlds. One of the most popular anime that has met Sanrio characters is Naruto.
Naruto and Sanrio have worked together to bring different kinds of Naruto and Sanrio-themed merch. For toys and collectibles, Funko Pop has released models with Sanrio characters dressed up as Naruto characters.

Jujutsu Kaisen
Naruto isn’t the only popular anime universe that Sanrio characters have visited. Sanrio has also collaborated with the highly popular Jujutsu Kaisen franchise to celebrate the release of the anime film Jujutsu Kaisen 0.
Special Jujutsu Kaisen and Sanrio collaboration goods were sold at Japanese theaters, including clips, badges, clear files, towels, and many more. In addition to general goods, special plushies were also released.

These plushies feature unique designs with Sanrio characters wearing Jujutsu Kaisen costumes and Jujutsu Kaisen characters wearing Sanrio-themed items. Some examples include Pochacco dressed up as Yuji Itadori, My Melody as Nobara Kugisaki, Bad Badtz-Maru as Megumi Fushiguro, Cinnamoroll as Satoru Gojo, and Pompopurin as Kento Nanami.
There are also plushies of Jujutsu Kaisen 0 characters wearing Sanrio-themed accessories. These include Yuta Okkotsu, Satoru Gojo, and Maki Zenin.

Jujutsu Kaisen and Sanrio special collaboration items are very hard to find since they are Japan-exclusive items. Thankfully, they can be bought from various Japanese online stores and second-hand goods websites using Zenmarket.

Hotwheels and Sanrio Collaboration
In addition to anime, Sanrio has also collaborated with popular toy maker Mattel to reimagine Sanrio characters as Hot Wheels cars. The collaboration first started in 2021 with three models: Hello Kitty, Keroppi, and Gudetama.

Hello Kitty and Friends Monopoly

However, several elements of the game, such as the properties and title deed cards, are replaced with Sanrio-inspired locations.
