CommentairesHi ,finally after over a week my parcel has finally been shipped. Yes I did change the shipping option. That took an extra day . Paid the shipping costs as soon as it was made available. Then took over 24hrs to finally get shipped.
This is a massive difference to my previous dealings with Zen. I really feel disappointed with the service. Particularly after recommending Zen on several Australian watch forum sites. My last 2 successful bids this week I have used a different proxy service on Yahoo. I can only hope your service improves in the near future and returns to how your excellent company use to be .

CommentairesMon premier achat sur ZenMarket. Commande reçue dans les délais par UPS. 50€ de frais de douanes. Bonne communication avec le service ZenMarket. Articles très bien emballés, 7 cannes à pêche reçues en parfait état dans deux tubes en carton ø15cm pour 150€ de frais de port. Je déplore seulement la mauvaise communication des vendeurs qui ne font aucun effort pour décrire les produits avec précision. Certaines mentions devraient être obligatoires : au moins les dimensions utiles des objets montés ou démontés (et le poids). Trop de commentaires inutiles pour se protéger des commentaires négatifs des acheteurs viennent polluer les descriptifs et instaurent une ambiance désagréable pour qui souhaite faire du shopping "ZEN" ..... |
