FeedbackFirst time using Zenmarket! Really straightforward service and everything was well packed. I liked the option of being able to pay for the fees in advance rather than the parcel getting held in here and then consume more time for me.
I've had some questions before and the team was really great in assisting whenever I had a query or when there was something about my orders I needed to know or action.
The only thing I thought was strange at first was the huge difference in the weight of the package, but when I opened the package it was understandable since all items were securely stored in a very good condition. I am satisfied with the service.
Another thing was that after checking the fees of the shipping, I did not know that the method of shipping could still be changed at one point, but I was not aware of that because I thought it would cancel my parcel instead, but only learned that afterwards. I would have chosen Fedex for mine, for example after finding out that the price was almost the same as EMS.
The only reason why it was 4 stars is because of these confusions, but after experiencing the service I think it would have been 5. |
