How to bid on Luxe Auctions?
Before we get started, you need to log in to your ZenMarket account.

1. Access Luxe Auctions
Go to Luxe Auctions tab on our store menu.
2. Find Products
Use filtering options* to search for items in Luxe Auctions.
First, we recommend choosing the category and brand you are looking for, and only using keywords to narrow your search results.
Follow the steps below to find the item you are looking for:
Step 1. Filter by Categories
Step 2. Filter Brands. You can type in the brand name you are looking for as not all brands are displayed on screen. Select the Brands, Price Range, and Conditions
Step 3. You can also search for a product by inputting the search terms into ZenMarket's search bar, but we recommend using the filters for more search results.
Step 4. Click on the Product to view the listing details
*TIPS: For searching for luxury products on Luxe Auctions, we recommend using the "Filter" option when searching for your desired item because some listings do not have all the detailed information in their listing name. Here is what the filter looks like:

3. Browse Product Listings
Once you've found the item you want, click on it to view its listing page on ZenMarket. The listing is auto-translated into your chosen language.
You do not need to check the seller's ratings as all listings are appraised by Luxe Auctions. And there are no domestic shipping fees within Japan.
Key points to check on Luxe Auction product listing:

② Price and Conditions of the Item
Luxe Auction items are evaluated on their overall condition as well as the condition of both the exterior and interior.
The overall conditions are classified into 6 types: Excellent(S), very Good(A), Good(B), Well-used(C), Heavily-used(D), etc. There are also details of both the exterior and interior conditions of the item below.

③ Detailed Images of the Item
Here you will find additional item photos. Make sure you check all detailed images of the interior and exterior of the product.
④Descriptions of the Item
Please note that the descriptions are simple information about the product such as defects or things you need to pay attention to before bidding.

4. Bid on Item
When you've got all the information you need and are ready to make a purchase, you can start bidding on the item.
The bidding process for Luxe Auctions works differently from Yahoo! or Ebay; your bid does not get raised in steps depending on other bidders, but rather your bid becomes the current price. It might be confusing at first, but you will get a hang of it.
You will not be able to see how many bids were placed and you will be notified whether you won the auction when it ends.
Watchlist and sniper bid options are unavailable for Luxe Auctions.
Once a bid is placed, cancellation or refund is not accepted.
5. Follow the Auction until the Results are Announced
If you are overbid, you will be notified in your Events tab and via email notifications (if you have selected email notifications for auctions in your Settings tab).
And your bid will be refunded to your ZenMarket fund balance. You can consider placing a higher bid before the auction ends.
Once the auction has ended, there is a waiting period until the results are announced. If you win the auction, your bid amount will proceed to payment for the item(s).
In the contrary, if you lose, the bid amount will be refunded to your ZenMarket fund balance.
In both cases, you will be notified via the Events tab and email notification (if you have selected email notifications for auctions in your Settings tab).
IMPORTANT: The highest bidder does not necessarily win the auction in case the seller’s intended price is not reached. This might happen in cases where the seller’s desired price was not reached.
6. Ship Parcel After Item Arrives Warehouse
If you have won the bid, the item will be shipped to our warehouse. And you can consolidate all your purchases into one parcel before shipping it.
We highly recommend adding "Photo Service" to check what the actual product arrives looks like. If the item is not as described, you can submit an appeal to ZenMarket.
