They only took out the exterior packaging from domestic shipping but everything else was intact, including individuals wrappings from mercari sellers. They bubble wrapped the items once again from their side so, most of my items were double bubble wrapped.. Every single item was also placed in plastic envelopes. It felt like the items I bought were factory packaged and freshly bought from a retail store. You can tell a lot of thought was put into how they package the items. Makes you feel flattered and understood upon unboxing the items. The service fee definitely makes up for the kind of service you receive and that is coming from someone who doesn't get easily impressed by customer services. Speaking of, if there was any query that I had, customer service responded in less than 24 hours. I created a parcel once but totally forgot I had one more item to ship to their warehouse. They later informed me that I could cancel my parcel for free and wait for that one more item that was yet to arrive to their warehouse. I thought I would have to pay 1000 yen because parcel cancellation after 10 minutes from creation is not free. But they told me they could cancel mine for free because it hadn't been packed yet. There's a lot of customer care and thought put into servicing you. No regrets. The only downside is the high service fees but it's actually worth your buck compared to other proxy sites. Not to mention the insured parcels. I didn't pay for insurance but I found out my package was already insured because they appoint insurance to any parcel below 5,000,000 yen. Amazing! Totally rare to see services like this that care more than just being the middle man. Will use their services again. Évaluation
