الملاحظاتDisappointing first experience as I did not receive the product that I intended to order. I acknowledge that some of this was my own fault since I'm new to Zenmarket, but Zenmarket could have made the ordering process a lot easier and less confusing.
I will add that Zenmarket's packaging, shipping and tracking services were great, so I appreciated that part.
Background:
I ordered two boxes of One Piece trading cards from the set EB03 Heroines, which was what the title and description stated on the seller's page. There was a dropdown box for two other sets, neither of which were EB03. I chose one of these sets thinking that the Seller may be offering a free gift (as Japanese sellers sometimes do on Ebay). After ordering, I promptly sent Zenmarket a message to confirm that the EB03 Heroines set would be purchased because the Seller's page was unclear. Zenmarket responded that they had purchased the set and that it would ship in the next few days. The entire time, the title of my order in my account stated EB03 Heroines, so I stopped worrying.
However, when the items arrived at Zenmarket;s warehouse, the photos showed a completely different set. At that time, the title of my order was also changed to a generic title (like trading cards or something similar).
Zenmarket would not take responsibility for the mistake nor would they take any action against the Seller for the confusing page. They simply stated that the EB03 Heroines set was out of stock at the time of my order, and that there was nothing wrong with the seller's page since this is common in Japan.
As previously stated, I am satisfied with Zenmarket's packaging, shipping and tracking services, but the ordering process was a disappointing experience. |
