NomMarga*** Date20/05/2023 PaysBelgique CommentairesItem received damaged. After 8 months of investigation, the Japanese postal service declares not to be responsible. Zenmarket can't do anything. Total loss of more than 60,000 Yen (*425€). It would appear that the buyer is only responsible if their item arrives damaged. Whatever the delivery service, we pay for a service and for the package to arrive without damage! Zenmarket insurance and the paid option "package reinforcement" are not very useful and just serve to reassure users. Although Zenmarket made a refund of €35, the loss remains significant.
