Ім'яSailo*** Дата11.05.2016 КраїнаАвстралія ВідгукThis was my first time using Zenmarket, and I am definitely a convert! I bought a number of items through Amazon, Yahoo Shops and Yahoo Auctions and every transaction was smooth and easy, staff are extremely fast in their responses, accommodating and polite. I put in a shipping request for my order just as Golden Week was beginning thinking it wouldn't be shipped until the end of the week, but it was sent within the day. Really happy with the packing job, plenty of bubble wrap and books were sandwiched between cardboard for protection. I've used other Japan shopping and forwarding services as well, but I can easily see Zenmarket becoming my new go to service, and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Оцінка

Ім'яSharo*** Дата10.05.2016 КраїнаСінгапур ВідгукZenmarket is the best! I have been using vpost and tenso for all my previous purchases from Japan but nothing beats the level of service and speed that I experienced from Zenmarket and for a mere 300 yen service fee per item. I was skeptical at first and tried by putting in some funds and then did a complete withdrawal to see how easy or fuss-free the process would be and I was pleased with their fast responses. I lost my first auction and won my second auction and shipping for my item was delayed due to the long holidays in Japan last week, received information that item was shipped out on Friday and was expecting to receive it 2 - 4 days later as advised but to my pleasant surprise, it was delivered to me the next day, on Satuday! ... I chose UPS by the way... I have thus recommended Zenmarket to 2 of my friends so far and would continue to use them...:) Super pleased... stress free experience! Оцінка
