I always pay the extra Y1,000 for packaging and it is well worth the cost as the staff at Zen does such a great job wrapping the items.

I was a little surprised at the shipping cost for a fishing reel relative to a rod so I chose "Surface Transport" to save money. It did take about 2 months to arrive, Zen said it could take up to 3 months so it wasn't unexpected, but just something to consider if buying a reel.

Paid extra for the packing, as I always do, and the staff at Zen did a GREAT job with the packaging and the reel arrived safely. The staff at Zen is fantastic.
