And in the process of buying this second lot of goods, everything seemed to go well. Staff answered some questions for me, goods were well packed, etc. However, there was a pretty serious issue. I instructed them to buy a set of anime figures from Rakuten, and unfortunately the Seller sent the wrong set of figures and Zenmarket didn't pick it up and sent the wrong goods on to me. Other than saying sorry, they haven't really done anything about it, so I'm currently nearly 6000 yen out of pocket, for the price of the figure set + domestic postage. So while I'll most likely continue to use Zenmarket for cheap auction purchases, I don't think I'll be using them for any more store purchases. If they act more like a clearing house, then I might as well stick to Tenso and do the purchases myself. I also plan to check out small service one of my friends has recommended that specialise more in anime purchases. I can imagine it's pretty rare for a store to send out completely the wrong product, but I'm pretty disappointed the error wasn't picked up. Yes, I'm sure Zenmarket staff are very busy and have a lot of purchases coming in, but if they're not going to check contents then there doesn't seem a lot of point in using a proxy rather than a mail forwarder. 評分等級
