NomLisa Date29/05/2024 PaysGrande-Bretagne CommentairesI am a first time user to Zen Market and this is my first review.

My first parcel has just arrived. It took less than a week to reach the UK using small parcel by airmail. All items were protected.

I am impressed with the whole process from ordering to payments and receiving my items. There is lots of communication throughout the whole process. Being able to leave items in the warehouse for free is a great way to shop.
I was able to use the customer service and receive an immediate refund for an item that had not been received due to no longer for sale.

The translation tool is great and precise in the description of the goods.

Zen Market fees are reasonable and postage within Japan to Zen Market is reasonable, if not free.
I have used other companies, but Zen Market is by far the easiest and best, it works for me.

Thank you for a great customer service.

With Gratitude

Nomwreck*** Date29/05/2024 PaysPhilippines CommentairesItem as expected. I requested to put the product box inside a bigger box to protect it during shipment and they did. Super satisfied. Highly recommended!

Not happy with my selected courier, FedEx, due to lots of fees including entry form fee like wtf. Philippines customs tax is sky high. Évaluation

NomChris*** Date29/05/2024 PaysFrance CommentairesGreat customer service, fast and safe packing. This was a large parcel containing porcelain tea ware, and everything was packed very carefully and well protected. There has been not a single breakage incident in nearly 200 parcels from ZM!
