RecensioneVery awful experience with AVIA standard package... somehow (not sure if human error) they are not attaching the invoice along with the supporting document as in the past... so I had to pay a lot of money on customs fee even when my package does no exceeds 50 USD! and just because there is no proof on the package about the declared value...
On the other hand, Zenmarket does not provide with a report or a payment loogbook that shows the correlation between your deposits and payments for items, it is so messy... finally, I could not even demostrate with any document that I bought the contents of the packages, because of the lack of such information in the Zenmarket system, so my country customs made me pay a lot of money due to a negligent situation full of back and forths messages with the Zenmarket team... a very disappointing situation. |
