Exo is a South Korean-Chinese boy band with nine members: Xiumin, Lay, Suho, Baekhyun, D.O., Chanyeol, Sehun, and Chen. They debuted their first song in 2012, their music is a mix of genres including hip-hop, R&B, dance, house, and pop. Exo are ranked one of the top-five most influentials celebrities, and have been named "the biggest boyband in the world."

Exo's first album XOXO was a huge success and sold over one million copies, making Exo the best-selling Korean artist in 12 years. Their 2nd and the 3rd album also had equal success both selling over 1 million copies each. Their 4th album The War (2017) is still their best-selling album to date, selling over 1.6 million copies in South Korea alone.
