Starting March 2, 2026, ZenMarket will make VAT pre-charge mandatory for eligible shipments to the European Union (EU), Norway and the UK. This update applies to shipments handled under the IOSS system (EU) and VOEC system (Norway).
What Is Changing?
Previously, VAT pre-charge was available but optional for certain shipments. Beginning March 2, 2026, VAT pre-charge will be automatically applied to eligible parcels.
