Important Update: FedEx U.S. Shipments Now Sent Under DDP Terms

Due to ongoing issues with import taxes and duties being billed to ZenMarket by FedEx instead of to shipment recipients, we will be updating the delivery terms for all FedEx shipments to the United States.

What’s Changing?

Starting Friday, January 23, all FedEx shipments to the U.S. will be sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

This means:

• Import duties and taxes will be prepaid in advance as part of the shipping process

• Recipients will not be billed separately by FedEx upon delivery

Why This Change Is Necessary

This change is necessary to ensure stable operations and to avoid recurring billing issues related to the collection of import taxes and duties. By standardizing FedEx shipments to the United States under DDP terms, we can provide a more consistent and reliable delivery experience.
