GREAT NEWS! We have improved our photo service and migrated the image hosting to our own secure hosting. We no longer need to use third-party services like Dropbox anymore.
What is Photo Service?
ZenMarket offers a photo service for 500 JPY per item. After you've paid for your items, we'll take 3 photos of each item when they arrive at our warehouse. You can use these photos to check for any defects or issues not mentioned in the listing.
It is the customer's responsibility to review the photos and ZenMarket will not be held responsible for any refunds or return of parcels due to any reasons, not limited to defects, fake items, and wrong items. If you notice any issue, contact our Customer Support and let us know before shipping the items, so we can assist with refunds with the seller or claims.
Please note:
- Our warehouse staff do basic and simple checks to ensure you receive the correct items as shown on the product page, but detailed visual confirmations are the customer's responsibility.
- If your item consists of a bulk item, for example, 100 pokemon cards, we cannot take photos of every card included in the bulk listing.
- The photo service is not an insurance service that guarantees a refund for fake items purchased.
- For auction items, you must order the photo service for claims to be processed.
- If you proceed with shipping after ordering the photo service, we assume you're satisfied with the item's condition and we will not assist in issuing claims.
Where will the photos be stored?
The photos previously taken were stored in a third-party service named Dropbox. Starting from March 18th, 2024, all photos taken will be stored in ZenMarket's hosting system for a more secure and smooth experience.
How long will the photos in Dropbox remain?
Photos that were requested before March 18th, 2024 and which have been stored in Dropbox will be kept in Dropbox until January 1st, 2025.
