Changes to Customer Service Policies for Affected Customers
PAST UPDATE - 2024/01/26:
After conducting an analysis on shipping service availability, we have found that although UPS still remains unavailable, customers who ship to affected regions have sufficient shipping methods available for storage conditions to return to normal.
As such, from February 13th the additional storage that had been granted will no longer be available, storage fees will begin to be charged as usual, and parcels and items that are stored beyond the 90 day storage period will be disposed.
To clarify, the free storage period will return to 60 days, with an additional 30 days worth of storage available on a paid basis from February 13th.
If you are a customer affected by the changes, please be sure to take this into account when planning upcoming orders.
PAST UPDATE - 2024/10/04:
Due to escalation of the situation in Israel, DHL, UPS and FedEx have stopped pick up of parcels bound for Israel.
The storage fee resume date might be updated following the situation.
During this period of uncertainty, we have made the following changes to our Customer Service policies:
-
Storage Fees for Israel: ZenMarket will not charge storage fees to clients located in Israel for 3 months (until January 3rd, 2025) or until all courier services resume their service, whichever happens earlier.
-
Extended Storage Period: We understand that some of you may be concerned about the storage period for your items. Therefore, we will not dispose of items that reach the usual 90 day of storage threshold for affected customers during this time. The exact duration of this policy change is unknown and will be in effect until further notice.
