Instrument Condition
The condition of all DIGIMART products can be divided into seven grades, with S being the highest grade and C being the worst grade, so you need to pay special attention when buying used products.

- ▲S means the product is brand new
- A+ means that the product is for resale but in the same condition as a new product
- A means the product is in good condition (usually no obvious dirt or marks from use)
- B+ means that the merchandise can be used as usual
- B means the merchandise may need to be repaired for the purpose for which it was used
- C+ means that the merchandise is functionally faulty and may not be fully functional
- C means the merchandise is defective, which usually means that it is unusable due to wear and tear or malfunction.
*It is worth noting that DIGIMART does not clearly state the criteria for each grade, so it is best to read the product description when selecting a used instrument. If you have any questions about the product, please feel free to contact customer service for confirmation.

Go to the Digimart page on ZenMarket to browse a curated selection of instruments. You can search by category or brand to find exactly what you are looking for. Because Digimart aggregates listings from hundreds of shops across Japan, ZenMarket makes it easy to navigate these options in your own language.

▼Check the "Product Description" section carefully, not only for the brand and name of the instrument but also for the condition of the instrument (any dirt or scratches, etc.).

▲ Since international shipping costs depend mainly on the weight and size of the package, and musical instruments generally have a certain size and weight, remember to check the weight of the product! For example, the guitar in the picture weighs 3.85kg, plus the packing materials and cartons, the actual weight is expected to be heavier! Since accurate international shipping quotes are not available until after the item has been shipped to our warehouse, you can use the shipping cost calculator to estimate and compare the shipping costs, time and restrictions of different shipping methods before placing your order.
*If you have any questions about the product, please feel free to contact our customer service for confirmation. We can ask questions to the seller on your behalf, but as we are not audio/instrument specialists, it is likely that you know more about the equipment than us. We will do our best to provide as much information to you as possible, but we may not be able to provide 100% accurate answers.
3. Add Items to Your Cart
Browse Digimart’s massive selection and add your desired items to your ZenMarket cart. Whether you are searching for a vintage Fender, a boutique effect pedal, or the latest synthesizers, ZenMarket simplifies the process of accessing Japan’s top musical gear.
4. Confirm Your Order
Once you have added items, ZenMarket provides a detailed cost breakdown, including the item prices and domestic shipping fees. Our team will verify the availability and condition of the items for you. Review your order details carefully before completing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.

If you want to cancel an item, just click the trash can symbol 🗑️ on the far right side of the window cancel the product!
If you wish to cancel, we recommend doing this before you pay for an item. If you attempt to cancel after payment and the seller rejects our cancel request, we have no choice but to continue the transaction as per Digimart's Terms & Conditions.
5. Shipping and Delivery
ZenMarket ensures safe, reliable international shipping for delicate musical equipment. We offer free consolidation if you buy from multiple stores and provide professional packing to keep your gear safe. Once your order is processed, you can track its journey until it arrives at your home.
Purchase FAQ
Check out some frequently asked questions our customers have about ordering instruments from Japan.
Can I send rosewood instruments?
Yes! As of November 26th, 2019, ZenMarket is able to ship Rosewood Instruments.
What is the approximate shipping cost for sending musical instruments?
Because we cannot accurately calculate international shipping costs until we have taken the necessary measurements and packaged your instrument (according to your chosen shipping method), we cannot provide you with an accurate quote until the item is shipped to our warehouse. However, you can use the shipping calculator to estimate the shipping cost, time, and limitations of different shipping methods before placing your order.
I am worried that my instrument will be damaged during shipping, can I request a package reinforcement service?
Yes! In general, we will take into account the fragility, size, etc. of your item when we consolidate it and pack it carefully. In most cases, our packages are strong enough to withstand the impacts and collisions you would expect from general handling and delivery.
If your product is very fragile, heavy, or large in size, you are concerned about the safety of your item, or you just want some extra protection, you can order our reinforcement service for just an extra 1,000 yen!
