How to buy wholesale products in Japan
1. Find the item you want on the Super Delivery website
Search on Super Delivery's website directly for items to see Super Delivery's full range of items that can be bought wholesale from Japan.
Click the link below to search through Super Delivery's entire collection on their website.

2. Paste the link into the ZenMarket search box
Once you have found the item you want, enter the item URL into the ZenMarket search bar and follow the prompts.
3. Add Super Delivery Goods To Your Cart
The price of products when buying wholesale often changes depending on the quantity you order.
For this reason, ZenMarket will provide you with a pricing quote for any Super Delivery items after they have been added to your cart.
Be sure to include information such as quantity, size, and color (if applicable) in the Description section, so we can process the order for you.
Adding an item to your cart simply notifies ZenMarket that you wish to receive a quote from the Japanese supplier - you can still remove those items from your cart at any time if you change your mind.
After verifying the contents of your cart, ZenMarket will confirm the wholesale price of your items from the Japanese supplier and then provide you with a quote for your order.
4. Add Funds To Your Account
To add the necessary payment funds to your ZenMarket account, click on the "Add Funds" options on your account page.
Select your desired payment method to add funds to your account and enter the amount you would like to add to your ZenMarket account.
Please be aware that depositing funds to your ZenMarket does not mean that your items have been paid for - It only adds funds to the ZenMarket account balance.
5. Complete Payment
Please go to "My Account" and click on the orange "Pay" button to pay for the item.
Once you have provided payment for the quote for the items in your cart, ZenMarket will finalize the purchase with the Japanese suppliers and request that your desired items be shipped domestically to our warehouse.
Depending on the size of your order, your items may take up to a week to arrive at our Japanese warehouse. Once your items arrive at our warehouse, we can prepare them for international shipping to your desired location.
6. Create A International Parcel
You can choose how and where you want to ship your orders from the ZenMarket warehouse by creating a parcel from your ZenMarket account.
To do so, please click on the package tab on the left-hand side.
Here you can add all the items you want to be in a single international package and enter your international shipping details.
Before finalizing the payment for the international shipping of your package, you can can change the international shipping method without having to cancel the package.
Once you have created a new package, our warehouse team will physically pack your desired items together and prepare them for international shipping.
Your parcel will be measured and weighed to calculate the exact international shipping fees.
Once that has been completed, you will be able to confirm and pay the international shipping fees for your items.
At this stage, you can still alter the shipping method at no extra cost.
However, changing the contents of the package (adding or removing products) will have a re-packaging fee, please check the details here.
7. Pay International Shipping
To finalize the payment for international shipping, press the "Pay" button.
Within 1-2 working days, ZenMarket will ship your order internationally to your desired location.
Depending on the shipping method, it will take a few days to a few weeks for the package to arrive.
