ご意見・ご感想Excellent service ! Dans ma commande, j'ai eu quelques soucis qui ont rapidement été réglés. J'ai sélectionné AVIA SMALL et le colis est arrivé en 4 jours. Cependant, attention, livré par La Poste qui m'a facturé 8€ en plus à l'arrivée ! :( Ceci dit, même sans avoir payé de supplément pour renforcer le colis, tous les articles étaient bien emballés. C'était mon 11ème colis, mes 10 premiers datant d'il y a 7 ans. Je suis toujours satisfait par ZenMarket malgré les nombreux frais qui ne rendent pas l'expérience plus intéressante. |

Great communication easy to navigate their website and my purchase was delivered in a timely fashion via EMS. I’m very satisfied with their service and will be using them from now on. |

ご意見・ご感想Idk why my package had to be separated to use ECMS, it wasn’t btw, and the default ZenMarket had selected for me was FedEx. However, my package came as one and wasn’t damaged in transit. Everything I ordered fit in this one package and was protected by bubble wrap. ZenMarket really needs to stop using SpeedX for last mile delivery however. They never ring the bell or knock on the door. My package was sitting on the step for 30 minutes and someone could’ve stolen it. |
