While i believe that no refund for customer reasons policy should be stated on Zenmarket, as it was stated on Rakuken (didn't check spelling), at the end of the day i am satisfied with the service. Though, what dumbfounded me was inclusion of VAT on an used item and additional customs duty, which made this purchase a worse deal than buying it locally from importers that already mod the console and give it usb-c type charging (i'd have saved 15 euro).
I'd give it four stars but i'm aware of how badly it affects the seller and it wasn't their fault that crucial information was not provided. All problems aside it's still the best way to buy the console in places like USA.		 Ocena
