It would have been fine if Zenmarket tried to assist in clearing, but the company did nothing. Understandably, UPS should have handled all of this. However, since the error was allegedly made from Zenmarket's side, they should have at least tried to do something. I instead had to process the whole thing on my own before customs disposed the parcel. It was not a good experience. 評価
