there seems to have been a problem with this shipment, it has not arrived yet. The package was sent via Japan Post Courier Service and the problem appears to have occurred in Hungary. I managed to find out which service is in charge of distribution from them to Serbia, it's Magyar Posta. According to them, the problem is the lack of some paperwork and it seems that the package was sent to you on December 28th. Please investigate what this is about and why it happened.
