FeedbackEverything was packaged so well and shipped super quickly! The flats were bundled together in a cardboard sheet, and all of the other items were reinforced securely with bubble wrap. Everything arrived in pristine condition, the packaging is just the right amount, and there isn't any extra unnecessary padding to make the box heavier and more expensive. I can really tell how much care went into preparing each package. If only Zenmarket offered buying on mercari too, I wouldn't even bother with any of the other Japanese proxy sites TwT |

FeedbackEasy to use and great service/support. A simple message will resolve things quickly when something's up.
I would've liked some items to not be individually wrapped in plastic, though I guess it can't be helped since there's no option in the interface.
I also noticed single manga volumes often cost less than the ZenMarket fee, but including all fees and shipping it's still cheaper than buying the English version from a local store (for me at least). So it's a double win if you want to learn Japanese through manga. |
