CommentairesThey charge a deposit fee of 3.5% for bank transfers that is not disclosed on their website, separate from bank fees. I also needed to make multiple payments because the website did not provide a tool to check the corresponding yen amount (checking the conversion rate is not helpful due to the undisclosed fee they charge and the lack of information about the bank fees), my payments were not recognised automatically (as they were meant to have been according to them), my item was automatically cancelled (requiring me to restart the process), and I had no option to give shipping details in advance to speed up the process. All of these issues have resulted in my parcel being significantly delayed even though I was out of supplies.
I tried to resolve my discontent by asking them to retroactively apply a discount code I was eligible for or waiving the fees associated with withdrawing extra money sent to them (a result of being unable to calculate amounts properly and not wanting to use their service again due to all the issues experienced) but they flatly refused. |

CommentairesOnce all items arrived in warehouse and delivery/parcel was created and confirmed to be shipped, arrived very quickly, in good condition, and packaged professionally. A bit pricey but well worth the speed and confidence that your items will arrive in good condition. |
