The process was rather smooth, payment was easy, and the packaging was impeccable (especially for a guitar that only comes with a gig bag). Got hit with a 15% tariff but that is to be expected for someone who lives in Quebec. The staffs were really friendly and responded to my questions fairly quick. Great experience overall!
