I just received my package and I DO NOT appreciate that the original boxes on my items were discarded without MY CONSENT and KNOWING. I would rather you guys communicate and inform me that the product requires a new box or a way for me to pay for extra packaging. Though the product is not expensive it was still a gift for a friend, I’m very upset by this. Along side the fact that no where on this site where you told us about the increase in service fees are also mentioned. I’ve loved using this site for years but unfortunately I think I had enough and will part ways. Thank you for all the service you’ve provided for me and good luck to your future endeavors.
