This particular haul was larger than my previous ones, but I can really tell the staff take so much care in individually wrapping everything in the safest way possible. Took lest than a week to arrive to my house via FedEx. Exterior of box was a bit beat up, but nothing was missing and nothing was damaged. Just excellent. Évaluation

However, there are two areas that could be improved:
1. I was asked to change the shipping method from FedEx FICP to EMS without any explanation. A brief reason (for example, carrier restrictions on cosmetics) would have avoided unnecessary confusion.
2. After changing the shipping method, my parcel remained in “Packing in Process” for about five days. Customer support replied that the warehouse was busy, but could not provide even a rough estimate of when packing would be completed. Better communication and estimated processing times would greatly improve the customer experience.
Overall, I would use ZenMarket again, but I hope you improve communication during order processing.
