All I received was "we cannot help with this." Fortunately the FedEx customs clearance here in the USA was without any issue (and was just cleared/released to FedEx here, according to my tracking number). I want to recommend you consider this aspect, as it would have been extremely difficult for me to contact the manufacturers of the tapestry that came as a bonus with my book items to ask them for their business name and address (since they are Japanese).

Overall very easy and fast, but the warnings for a personal-use customer felt overkill/unneeded since my customs clearance situation did not experience any issues.		 Évaluation
