CommentairesThe warehouse services (packing & shipping) are absolutely the best in the business. However, the Customer Services are the worst, because ZM keeps using outsourced, which is not from Japan, so they are ABSOLUTELY INNEFECTIVE and COMPLETELY USELESS if you have a real problem. |

CommentairesThe warehouse services are excellent as always, just perfect! Packing and shipping are done with outmost care and speed. Unfortunately, the Client Services inability to solve even the simplest of issues is at its worst, because that is an outsourced service by ZenMarket. |
