Colis bien reçu, mais je tiens à signaler un problème grave à la réception.
Plusieurs pièces à l’intérieur sont arrivées cassées, dont une complètement broyée (références ATMH65 et ATMH52).
Compte tenu de la nature fragile de ces articles, cette situation est totalement inacceptable.
L’emballage intérieur était clairement insuffisant et inadapté.
Un simple calage correct (papier journal, papier bulle ou équivalent) aurait largement suffi à éviter que les objets s’entrechoquent entre eux pendant le transport.
Je vous informe donc officiellement de ces dommages.
Des photos détaillées des pièces cassées et de l’emballage peuvent être fournies si nécessaire.
