(after 30+ orders) I reported it to them but at the end of the conversation they told me (non-verbatim) "the warehouse staff already noticed the damage before packing, however since the item is listed as junk, the damage was ignored." They didn't take the initiative to compare the item to the pictures from the listing. They just went on with it since it is "junk". I was really disappointed with this sort of excuse. I hope it won't happen again. I don't want to hear an excuse like this again. Please improve your sense of initiative and consider parts of an item as important as the whole item itself. Évaluation
