I've seen other reviews talk about how ZenMarket packaging isn't that good sometimes and some of their items but I think that may depend on the kind of item they bought and whether or not they payed for more protection (1000 yen) on their box. I mainly buy clothes from here so I don't think I'll have to worry about that but even then they make sure to use a lot of dunnage to protect these items! My box was ripped for some reason (idk what caused that) but my items were still in good condition so I'm extremely satisfied. This is my 3rd parcel as I'm still waiting for my second parcel to arrive as that was shipped via Surface and that finally came to United States so I'm excited to see how that parcel turns out so I can review that one. Also I really like their customer support they're really good I will continue to be using this service, I just wished they had a mobile app like Buyee!!! Évaluation

Ce n'est qu'en appelant l'agence de livraison française en étant furieux que le colis est miraculeusement arrivé dans ma boite au lettres le soir même. Le lendemain, le manager du livreur est arrivé pour me faire signer un papier attestant du fait que j'ai eu mon colis, sinon le livreur se faisait virer parce que ce n'était pas la première fois qu'il faisait des bêtises. Tout ça pour essayer de subtiliser un 2 t-shirt japonais. Évaluation
