CommentairesExcellent services as always, nothing better! I left a negative review in the recent past but it wasn't ZenMarket's fault, as I thought at that time, it was a Yahoo! Auction seller who decided who cancel my bid with just a couple of minutes before the auction's end. I wrongly accused ZM for that, but as I later learned, it was something that ZenMarket couldn't control, so it was my bad! Can't find any better services than these, ZM will make it great time and time again. Thank you! |

CommentairesZenMarket est au top (rapidité et emballage irréprochable) mais je déconseille de choisir EMS pour la France car cela arrive dans les mains de Chronopost qui est un très mauvais transporteur. Ils sont incapables de vérifier un numéro IOSS alors qu'avec Fedex aucun souci. J'ai été obligé de me faire rembourser la TVA par Zenmarket car Chronopost ne voulais pas me donner le colis sans que je leur paye à eux et au passage un petit 21€ de frais de dossier dans leur poche juste pour appliquer la TVA (les frais de dossier sont de 5€ chez d'autres transporteurs).
Je conseille donc d'utiliser Fedex qui n'est pas beaucoup plus cher voire parfois moins cher et qui fonctionne parfaitement lorsque la TVA est payée en amont sur Zenmarket il n'y a plus rien à faire en France et aucun frais dossier pour le coup ! |
