NomQuint*** Date28/06/2023 PaysPhilippines CommentairesExcellent service. We had trouble with my last package but Zenmarket came through for me somehow. Now with this package, I say excellent packing. Nothing could break the item unless it were ran over by a truck or thrown to a wall. It is well cushioned and sized with ample allowance to absorb shock. I love the extra effort Zenmarket's packers have done to the jewel case. It arrived safely to me and now I have a surreal experience of owning and using this NOS AT150MLX cartridge. Thank you Zenmarket! Évaluation

Shipping was reasonable and arrived quickly. Packaging was amazing! Only ordered shoes and the box was packed as if I ordered glassware. Very secure and well done. Definitely a happy customer. NomMaria Date27/06/2023 PaysBrésil CommentairesThe package was wonderfully made! Products arrived in bubble wrap alongside wrapped journals for extra protection. The items had no signs of use, they came in their original plastic bags and were in perfect condition.
The staff was also very comprehensive and helpful when I had questions regarding my order, and helped me through the process of re-shipping and even made an addition to make proceedings smoother in my home country. I love it so much.
Thank you for the service a ton. Now I'm so happy, I finally have my first artbook and nendoroid! Évaluation

NomJosep*** Date27/06/2023 PaysEtats unis CommentairesItems were purchased promptly and packaged/shipped very professionally. Every item arrived undamaged, and packed neatly in their own plastic envelopes. Customer support was helpful and responded quickly.
My one criticism is that international shipping fees are difficult to truly estimate beforehand, even knowing the rough weight of your purchased items and using the ZenMarket shipping calculator. Shipping weight of the packing box jumped the cost higher than expected, in my case to the point that FedEx ended up being the more inexpensive option than my planned method, Zen Express. A simple notice to customers beforehand about the expected weight of the shipping box *in addition to the actual items* would help customers (especially first time customers like myself) plan ahead and make more informed purchases.
