Customer support is inconsistent, once I received 3 different responses from 3 different staffs on why my item couldn't be purchased, items take way too long to be packed and it also takes an unreasonably long time to adjust shipping methods (at least a few days). Zenmarket used to be good but it has fallen off, the only beneficial and unique factor left about this website is the credit limit. I used to love this site but now I'm never going to use it again Évaluation
