I recently received my third package from Zenmarket, and once again, they did not disappoint! This time, I tried the AVIA delivery method for the first time. Although the package unfortunately arrived slightly damaged, I was relieved to find everything inside perfectly intact, thanks to Zenmarket's superb packaging.

Commentairesthe console arrived not well packed, the box was too big for the purpose of shipping hence the filling that was inside it didn't fully fill the box to protect the console, the console arrived with a broken power button, and the optical drive wasn't working very well which could be the result of physical damage in the shipping hence why i only will give 3 stars cuz despite these problems the console works. |

Zenmarket a tenté de contacter le vendeur qui a indiqué avoir envoyé le bon article...finalement après discussion Zenmarket a accepté de m'accorder 10% du prix de l'achat ce qui est très insuffisant puisque la
différence de prix entre les deux figurines est grande... j'ai donc perdu beaucoup d'argent dans cette transaction 😓
J'espère néanmoins que ce qui m'est arrivé permettra à Zenmarket d'améliorer les process de vérification des articles avant l'envoi... |
