I requested additional reinforcement and double packaging for my parcel (offered to pay for all additional costs), due to the many issues with the handling of my packages by the logistics companies and was expecting to receive a shipping box fitted with cardboard edge guards, which it wasn't. I thought that additional reinforcement was referring to the edge guards and apparently is not. Maybe Zenmarket should state this in the details link, at the "additional reinforcement" option.
