You see, for Germany you HAVE to pay custom fees (Einfuhrumsatzsteuer) which is also called VAT. Some shops (like Zenmarket) like to collect VAT prior, which is generally nice, because DHL can process incoming parcels quicker... However, when Zenmarket puts the VAT-specific number on the package in a way that is NOT AT ALL easy to find for DHL employees, than it can happen REPEATEDLY that you have to pay custom fees double... and since DHL doesn't dole out invoices or receipts that say "custom fees" you can't get refnded by Zen.... *sigh* I want the feature back to turn off pre-payment of VAT fees BECAUSE IT NEVER WORKS WITH DHL Évaluation
