But unfortunately this parcel arrived today in poor condition. It appears to me that the box was under-filled (that is, the box was larger than necessary to accommodate the items, and enough empty space existed inside the box that the heavy items [especially] were free to move around. Worse yet, they even had room to accelerate inside the box (when the box was roughly handled in transit by the shipper), so the heavy items collided with the light-weight items (such as the hollow aluminum tripod legs) inside the box and damaged those lighter items. Not entirely ZenMarket's fault as the box itself arrived *very* beat-up (so clearly it was handled *very* roughly), but sadly there was far too much empty space inside the box so the heavy items were free to move around and inflict damage upon the other contents of the parcel.
