Terms & Conditions

1. Discount type:
   Items won on JDirectItems Auction during the promotional period will automatically receive 10% cashback in ZenPoints based on the final winning bid amount. ZenPoints will be credited to your ZenMarket account on the day the item is shipped overseas. Maximum cashback is 5,000 ZenPoints per item.
2. Eligible Items:
   The promotion applies only to items won at JDirectItemsAuction. Items purchased from other stores or platforms will not be eligible for the discount. 
3. Campaign Dates:
   May 21st 00:00 - May 25th 23:59 JST
4. IMPORTANT:
   1. Your action(s) must be won during the promotional period to be eligible. The bid can be placed before the promotional period.
   2. Auctions scheduled to end within the promo period might get extended beyond the promo period based on other users' bidding activity if the auto-extension feature is enabled by the seller. If these auctions are won outside the promo period, they will not be eligible for the service fee discount.
   3. If you are outbid, we will refund the bid amount and the service fee to your account.
   4. We are unable to cancel a bid after it has been placed.
   5. The promotion applies only to the item price and does not apply to shipping costs.
   6. Users are allowed to have only one (1) ZenMarket account. Users with multiple accounts will be deemed in direct violation of the Terms & Conditions and therefore ineligible for the discount.
   7. Certain auctions may require an unblock request prior to bidding. We do not guarantee that such requests will be processed within the promotional period and will not provide compensation for any resulting loss of opportunity.
   8. We cannot guarantee participation in the campaign and are not responsible for failure to win an auction during the promotional period due to circumstances beyond our control, such as technical errors, system delays, or other unforeseen issues.
   9. ZenMarket reserves the right to block or ban accounts found in violation of the Terms & Conditions.
   10. Users who participate in this campaign will be deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
       

FAQs

Q. I have changed my mind. Can I cancel my bid?

A. According to Auction rules, you cannot cancel your bid. You cannot also refuse to pay after winning an auction. The only exception is delayed bid, which can be cancelled 20 minutes before auction ends.

Q. Do you ship to my country?

A. We ship to most countries / regions.
