Previously, UPS shipments were temporarily suspended due to operational issues beyond our control. During this time, we worked closely with the carrier to resolve these issues, allowing us to reinstate the service as scheduled.
What this means for you:
For those who have already created packages with UPS or are thinking about doing so, it is important to keep the following in mind:
- UPS shipping options will again be available for new shipments starting March 2.
- Payment for packages using UPS will be again accessible starting from March 2.
⚠️ Please note: DDP will now be required for US destinations only.
The fee calculation formula will also change:
- Previous: ¥5,300 per package
- New: ¥5,300 per package + ¥400 per item
