Update – June 30th, 2025: We’re pleased to inform our Canadian customers that DHL shipments to Canada have officially resumed. Thank you for your patience and continued support.
We would like to inform our customers from Canada that starting June 18, 2025, DHL has suspended all shipments to Canada until further notice.
This temporary measure is due to ongoing labor negotiations at DHL Canada. While no strike has been officially declared, the situation has created uncertainty that may affect the quality of service. As a precaution, DHL has decided to halt shipments to Canada for the time being.
How This Affects Your Orders
If you’ve been using DHL to receive your ZenMarket packages in Canada, please note that this option will no longer be available starting June 18. However, you can continue to ship your items via FedEx or UPS, both of which remain fully operational for Canadian deliveries.
Exceptions
While nearly all products can be redirected to FedEx or UPS without issue, alcohol with more than 24% ABV cannot be shipped via these carriers. There may be a few other rare exceptions depending on the item and carrier restrictions.
What You Should Do
-
If you have an existing package prepared for DHL to Canada, please contact our support team to switch the shipping method.
-
When creating new parcels, we recommend selecting FedEx or UPS as your preferred shipping method.
