Important Update: Automatic Disposal of Items After 90 Days of Storage

Starting July 1, 2025, ZenMarket will begin automatically disposing of items that exceed the 90-day storage period at our warehouse.

Important note: This change will apply to items that exceed the 90-day limit on or after July 1st. For items that exceeded the 90-day limit before July 1st, the previous rules still apply, and no additional changes will be enforced until July 1st.

What's Changing?

Until now, on day 91 of storage, we would reach out to customers to arrange shipping or negotiate what to do with the item. Disposal was not carried out in accordance with the rules and often required prolonged back-and-forth communication, sometimes lasting several months.

This flexible approach often meant that items remained stored well beyond the agreed 90 days outlined in our Terms of Use.

From the implementation date onward, the following rules will apply:

  • Items will be automatically removed from user accounts on day 91.

  • If the removed item was part of a parcel, the parcel will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee will not apply.

  • The only exception will be parcels that are already paid and awaiting shipment.

  • We will no longer offer case-by-case extensions of the storage period.

Customers will receive a notification after the item has been removed from their account.

We understand that this change may inconvenience our long-term clients who are accustomed to the previous process, and we sincerely hope for your understanding.

What Does This Mean for You?

We kindly ask all customers to regularly monitor the storage term of their items in their ZenMarket account and aim to ship them within the 90-day storage period.

A reminder email will be sent when your item reaches 75 days in storage. No further reminders will be issued after that.
