Starting December 18, 2025, it will no longer be possible to select Sagawa Express as a shipping method when creating new packages in your account.
- If you were planning to use this shipping method for your purchases, you will still be able to choose it until December 18 (Thursday), 23:59 JST.
- For packages that already have Sagawa Express selected, the payment for the shipping cost must be completed before December 23 (Tuesday), 12:00 JST.
- If the payment is not completed by that time, you will need to choose a different shipping method to proceed with the dispatch process.
We understand that this change may be inconvenient or affect your plans, and we are truly sorry for any difficulties it may cause.
