Terms & Conditions

1. Discount type:
   10% of the value spent per item will be automatically credited to your ZenMarket account as ZenPoints on the day your item is shipped overseas up to a maximum 2,000 ZenPoints per item. 
2. Eligible Items:
   The promotion applies only to Mercari items. Items purchased from other stores or platforms will not be eligible for the points cashback.
3. Campaign Dates:
   August 22nd 00:00 - August 29th 16:00 JST
4. IMPORTANT:
   1. Your order(s) must be purchased by ZenMarket during the promotional period to be eligible.
   2. Please note that your items might not be eligible for the points cashback in some cases if your items aren't available for purchase immediately due to additional actions needed to complete your purchase. Additional actions may include, but are not limited to:
      1. Seller requesting that we message them before making the purchase.
      2. Request for lacking item order details.
      3. Seller evaluation or verification.
      4. User account security checks for high price items.
      5. Seller stock levels (item sold out, purchase limits, etc.)
   3. To ensure your order is made within the promotional period, we recommend that you order items at least 2 - 3 days in advance of the promotion ending.
   4. Eligible items will have the earned ZenPoints applied automatically to your account on the day your item is shipped overseas - no coupon codes needed!
   5. The promotion applies only to the item price and does not apply to domestic shipping costs.
   6. The maximum you can earn per item is 2,000 ZenPoints, but the total amount of points that can be earned during the campaign is uncapped.
   7. Items that are unable to be purchased by ZenMarket and result in funds being returned to the customer will not be eligible to earn ZenPoints.
   8. Mercari Shops items are not eligible for the promotion.
   9. We cannot cancel an item after you have clicked the payment button. If you wish to cancel an item for purchase, please delete the item from your shopping cart before you pay for the item. Even if you cannot receive ZenPoints on that item, please note that we cannot cancel orders from Mercari regardless of the reason once you have paid for.
   10. Users are allowed to have only one (1) ZenMarket account. Users with multiple accounts will be deemed in direct violation of the Terms & Conditions and therefore ineligible for the discount.
   11. ZenMarket reserves the right to block or ban accounts found in violation of the Terms & Conditions.
   12. Users who participate in this campaign will be deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
   13. ZenMarket reserves the right to make the final decision regarding disputes on whether an item is eligible for the cashback on points. Any decisions made by ZenMarket in this regard are final.
