Some important notes about your ZenPoints

- Your ZenPoints will expire after 3 months of inactivity on your account
- If there are any account activities including deposits, refunds or automatic charges, the expiry date (the validity of ZenPoints) will be reset.
- Other ZenMarket awards like cashback will also be rewarded in the form of ZenPoints
- You cannot use your ZenPoints to ship parcels if you have a negative balance on your ZenMarket funds.
