Similarly, for campaigns that used to be awarded in Cashback to your ZenMarket balance, you will now receive ZenPoints on your account instead.
What Are ZenPoints?
ZenPoints are loyalty credits that can be applied solely toward shipping payments on our website. These points are our way of saying "thank you" for choosing ZenMarket and allowing us to be part of your shopping journey.
Put simply, 1 ZenPoint equals 1 yen.
ZenPoints can be applied towards the international shipping of your ZenMarket treasures.
Some important notes about your ZenPoints
- You will be able to see your available ZenPoint balance in your account
- ZenPoints can be used for international shipping only
- Available ZenPoints will automatically be applied when you pay for international shipping
- Because ZenPoints are redeemed automatically when paying for shipping, they cannot be split between different parcels.
- Your ZenPoints will expire after 3 months of inactivity on your account so you better start shopping from over 10.000 Japanese online shops as soon as possible ;)
- If there are any account activities including refunds or automatic charges, the expiry date (the validity of ZenPoints) will be postponed.
- Other ZenMarket awards like cashback will also be rewarded in the form of ZenPoints
What Does This Mean For You?
For our existing users, your unused 300 Yen sign up bonus will remain unchanged and you have 2 weeks to use them for any transaction on our website. Any cashback you have earned until will remain as Yen and will not be converted to ZenPoints.
ZenPoints will also replace our current cashback system, so any cashback earned from now on will result in ZenPoints being added to your account!
