CommentairesShipping worked very well, and arrived quickly. However the "pay custom fees directly" function didn't work. Zen did not communicate this to DHL and I was charged double. On my request for help I was advised to pay it to DHL and request a refund. But when t actually came to requesting the refund they didn't approve of the receipt DHL gave me. News flash, in Germany our DHL bills don't say "custom fee" but lots of other confusing things which are (in fact) all custom fees. This, I've paid double and will never use this feature again. |
