FeedbackRemessa enviada no fim do mês de Junho e estou desde dia 3 de Julho sem saber do paradeiro dela, dizem que foi devolvida ao remetente por motivos alfandegários e após várias mensagens a perguntar o que se passa a Zenmarket ainda não me conseguiu dar uma resposta nem resolver a situação. Tenho mais de 50000 yen gastos nesta remessa e continuo a aguardar por soluções da parte da Zenmarket até à data de hoje. Serviço lamentável da vossa parte! |

FeedbackI had an amazing experience on my business with Zenmarket. The staff are very attentive and helpful, all of the ones that I came in contact with, the associates on the phone as well as those that took care of the packages. The package came perfectly put together and protected nothing was damaged. Just as in the first purchase I made through Zenmarket. The only thing is for the people living here in Brazil, the taxation here is actually a sort of punishment or an exorbitation, for I paid the cost of the product the amount of BRL$492,00 and the tax for the brazilian government I had to pay BRL$758,00. |

FeedbackThis was my first zenmarket order and it was shipped without a tracking but I was allow to ask questions and as they promised they send it it was slightly late as well but if was a effective way to get these Japan items has already placed a second order amazing work |
