These were not visible in the product photos, and I feel that the seller deliberately advertised it in a misleading way. This condition is not only far from new for a premium fishing tackle product, but would only pass as a Cat C or Cat D item based on it aesthetics. As the packaging was well done, I highly doubt that these damages would be from shipping. I will contact ZenMarket customer support and raise a complaint ticket. Penilaian
